The Residences on Siesta Key Beach project is owned by NS/CSE Siesta Key,  LLC, an affiliate of NorthStar Realty Finance Corp which is a publicly traded REIT listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "NRF".  NRF has approximately $7.5 billion of real estate assets under management.

All aspects of the Property are managed by Hyatt Residential Group ("HRG"), a subsidiary of Hyatt Hotels Corporation.  HRG brings its legendary and unmatched hospitality services to the Property.  HRG's portfolio of owned and managed properties includes similar extraordinary properties such as the Hyatt Grand Aspen, The Blue in Miami and Hyatt Escala Lodge at Park City.
